This is how I am feeling since the last 3 months.
It is a daily struggle to keep calm and fake happiness.
I feel weak, helpless, hopeless, anxious, sad, stupid, and angry.
Nobody understands. Nobody listens.
Three months. A week will not pass without tears falling.
Its time to see a doctor.
Time to take care of myself.
